We are currently expanding operations and are currently hiring talented individuals for our inside sales team to assist in the development of this expansion.
An inside sales representative you will be responsible for answering incoming calls with the objective of converting to new customers. An Inside sales representative will determine the needs of each customer and present clear solutions that enhance the security of their home and/or small business. They will also stay engaged with the customer throughout the entire sales process, from the initial contact to the completion of the installation.
There is no cold calling with this job. All leads are provided by company!!
Responsibilities:
- Log all customer info into company CRM and maintain notes through sales process
- Convert company provided leads into customers
- Provide the highest level of customer service on every call
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Work Monday thru Friday 8:30-5:30
- Be available to answer calls after hours and weekends
