I have been interested in a home security system for my home and I noticed my neighbor was having service done on hers. I was able to talk to the technician by name of Eric, and I am glad I did bc he took the time to explain how the security system works and the equipment that is required.

David did the exceptionally great work to install the new security system

Ernest was great. Very knowledgeable and explained process completely. Installer arrived early. All equipment was installed properly. Installer didn’t leave information on how to log into the system to pass on to other family members in the household. Really not a big deal however the only thing I didn’t like was being hassled about writing a review.

Representative was very professional. Very attentive tto secure my home. Great job recommending anyone.

Chris H. installed our system and proved to be an exceptional good professional, very knowledgable and clean.. He also just made the impossible camera locations happen. I was really very pleased with the service (including set up of account).

Great experience! The team came on time, did a walkthrough and were able to set up the system properly. They recommended us the devices based on how our system was pre-wired which made the system more customizable for us.

David did an amazing job and spent all the time we needed.

I actually had an installation scheduled with another company, but made the switch based on his honesty and recommendations. My man Raul definitely went above and beyond to make sure my family got set up with the best home security system. Answered all my questions and was super humble, nice and funny through the whole experience!

Joaquin did a great job installing all the equipment. The cameras were well positioned, and he was very mindful of my preferences. He is very proficient through the installation process and was very thorough in explaining how each system worked. The equipment used is great, and I felt a greater sense of security after everything was said and done. I would recommend brinks and Joaquin to anyone who would be interested in a great security system. I truly appreciate everything he did as he did it with ease and was very cooperative and helpful in the process. I would give this guy 6 stars if I could. Thank You!

Getting an alarm system is something I would never consider. I’ve lived in pretty rough neighborhoods growing up and if a person wants to do something, nothing rarely stops them. However, after speaking with Raul, he gave me a lot of peace about having allied secure my home. I asked him 100 questions and about 50 hypothetical scenarios. He showed so much patience and grace! After he left, my home he continued to answer questions about the program and system. The only thing I would critique the company on is the 3 year contract. There should be options for consumers to fit their security needs. We can change homeowners insurance yearly, why not our security company.

We are so happy to have Allied Home Security, super incredible! They has been incredibly amazing, he was very helpful and caring with the needs of our school. We highly recommend them for your home or business!
