David Fleck our technician today was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the systems and how they work, w his expertise was able to solve our issue w door bell and chime. He even noticed that our door lock was not connected and configured to our phone, so he fixed the issue and now we can unlock our front door w the phone, something we couldn’t do before. He went beyond the call of duty and we truly appreciate his hard work ! He also provided a brief review of how to use the Brinks more efficiently on our phone

Great experience! The team came on time, did a walkthrough and were able to set up the system properly. They recommended us the devices based on how our system was pre-wired which made the system more customizable for us.

Great company and Wendy was awesome, very professional. She answered all my questions, and got me setup for installation in a snap. The installation was also very professionally done. The installers got there at the appointment time and did a great job. They were experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. My system was up and running, and I am 100% satisfied.

Kevin Lyman made obtaining the home security system a great experience. Mr. Lyman was knowledgeable and thoroughly described the system’s operation and Allied’s association with Brinks. He was professional and very pleasant to work with. He has been available to answer our questions since the installation and has responded to our emails and text messages promptly. Zeke took the time to explain (and re-explain) everything to make sure we understood what he was doing. We had a very old security system and he helped us update everything and remove what we didn’t need. We are really happy with our new system.

Mr. Tyler Castillo was awesome! The tech was very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about how the Brink Home Security works. He answered all the questions I posed. He explained in a very detailed manner about what was best for my home as far as the installation and what system would be best for our home. He was also very polite and easy to talk to. The tech took his time in his explanation to us about the security system. As a result, I didn’t have many questions to ask him. I was very pleased with the price and the components that accompanied the system! Thank you, Mr. Castillo for a job well done! I will recommend him and the Brink Home Security system to my neighbors, family and friends!

Ernest was great. Very knowledgeable and explained process completely. Installer arrived early. All equipment was installed properly. Installer didn’t leave information on how to log into the system to pass on to other family members in the household. Really not a big deal however the only thing I didn’t like was being hassled about writing a review.

They provide a great service when it comes to various installation of security systems to your home as they did a great work at my house and also explain what each security item does and assure me of my safety in which have never had any regret contacting them for my security installation.
