He addressed all my concerns and gave me ample time in between conversations to make the best decisions for my home security. We had a tech service come out did a wonderful job very professional and helped us understand how the system works and the new equipment. They provide a great service when it comes to various installation of security systems to your home as they did a great work at my house and also explain what each security item does and assure me of my safety in which have never had any regret contacting them for my security installation. They also got an excellent customer service care.

Cale did an amazing job walking us through the whole process while respecting our time, and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. The installation was quick and painless. I felt comfortable having both of them in my home, by myself, with small children. Highly recommend!

Sales person Cale H was very knowledgeable & professional! Walked through our house & recommended installation for camera’s & alarms! The alarm system is easy to operate! I can activate from my phone if I leave & forget to arm! I can also view activity when I am away!

Zeke took the time to explain (and re-explain) everything to make sure we understood what he was doing. We had a very old security system and he helped us update everything and remove what we didn’t need. We are really happy with our new system.

Called Allied after feeling like another provider’s quote came in steep and Shane gave me a much more reasonable deal for the coverage I was seeking. David F. was assigned as my technician and got the system installed meticulously, preserving much of the hardware that was in place from the previous homeowner. The overview was helpful and I’m glad I went with Allied.

Getting an alarm system is something I would never consider. I’ve lived in pretty rough neighborhoods growing up and if a person wants to do something, nothing rarely stops them. However, after speaking with Raul, he gave me a lot of peace about having allied secure my home. I asked him 100 questions and about 50 hypothetical scenarios. He showed so much patience and grace! After he left, my home he continued to answer questions about the program and system. The only thing I would critique the company on is the 3 year contract. There should be options for consumers to fit their security needs. We can change homeowners insurance yearly, why not our security company.

Best decision I have made this year. Was looking all over the place for a legit security system for my new home and was getting quite disappointed in the deceptive sales tactics of a lot of companies. Got even more discouraged when I started reading on the BBB about all the nightmares people had experienced with some of the larger companies. I decided to give Allied a call when I saw their ad on Google and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Tech arrived on time for installation and everything went as just as my sales rep explained on the phone! So glad to know that there are still good home security companies out there.

Completely, utterly impressed. From the start of my interaction with Allied, David was fantastic in setting up my account. He even talked to me after he left the office! When it came to install of cameras and alarm system, Zeke and Eric were top notch! Installation was clean, they even stayed to train us and make sure we were comfortable. And to top that all off, their bid was honestly about 3500$ cheaper than the other quotes I got. If you are reading this looking for a security partner, stop searching and do yourself a favor. Great company and Wendy was awesome, very professional. She answered all my questions, and got me setup for installation in a snap. The installation was also very professionally done. The installers got there at the appointment time and did a great job. They were experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. My system was up and running, and I am 100% satisfied.
