The salesman was great, and the installation was actually amazing. Our installer was so kind and worked really quickly. On top of that, our salesman was able to get us a great deal and throw in some things for us. So far, very happy!

Great experience! The team came on time, did a walkthrough and were able to set up the system properly. They recommended us the devices based on how our system was pre-wired which made the system more customizable for us.

I just purchased my very first home and choosing a home security company seemed a bit scary with so many out there and not being too sure which one to go with. I’m very satisfied with my choice as Cale H was the marketing manager and sat down with me and assisted in creating a plan around my wants and needs. In addition to that there were some miss communication during the install which I was then told I had to pay additional money outside of what was agreed and I thought “oh great this is going to be the deal breaker.” However Cale worked with me and understood my concerns and we came to a mutual agreement. The team recognized the importance of customer satisfaction and assisted with my concerns. Overall looking forward to this partnership and would recommend to those looking for home security.

Completely, utterly impressed. From the start of my interaction with Allied, David was fantastic in setting up my account. He even talked to me after he left the office! When it came to install of cameras and alarm system, Zeke and Eric were top notch! Installation was clean, they even stayed to train us and make sure we were comfortable. And to top that all off, their bid was honestly about 3500$ cheaper than the other quotes I got. If you are reading this looking for a security partner, stop searching and do yourself a favor. Best decision I have made this year. Was looking all over the place for a legit security system for my new home and was getting quite disappointed in the deceptive sales tactics of a lot of companies. Got even more discouraged when I started reading on the BBB about all the nightmares people had experienced with some of the larger companies. I decided to give Allied a call when I saw their ad on Google and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Tech arrived on time for installation and everything went as just as my sales rep explained on the phone! So glad to know that there are still good home security companies out there.

We just had our system put in yesterday so it’s too early for an overall rating, however, the process has been quite good!! Adrian, our salesperson, was very good…none of the high pressure stuff!! Explained everything to the best of his knowledge and patient with all of our numerous questions!! Jesse, the technician assigned to install our system, was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order before he left!!

Our installer, David Feazell, was very nice and professional. He explained our new alarm system thoroughly and kept his work extremely tidy. I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend him.

Great company and Wendy was awesome, very professional. She answered all my questions, and got me setup for installation in a snap. The installation was also very professionally done. The installers got there at the appointment time and did a great job. They were experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. My system was up and running, and I am 100% satisfied.

Armoni Davis the manager came by and he helped us find the security system for us, we knew we wanted a security system for our new home and with the ease of the program and the understanding that our whole house is covered we feel very safe now. We had a tech service come out did a wonderful job very professional and helped us understand how the system works and the new equipment. We’ve told our family and friends about how amazing the company is and how protected our new home is. 10/10

Super easy to get set up with Allied. I called and Shane talked through my options for a home security system. I was able to get an appointment the following week for set up. David Feazell was the technician that installed the system. He was on-time and did a great job walking me through the system. He helped me decide the best locations for cameras and the motion detector.
