David Fleck our technician today was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the systems and how they work, w his expertise was able to solve our issue w door bell and chime. He even noticed that our door lock was not connected and configured to our phone, so he fixed the issue and now we can unlock our front door w the phone, something we couldn’t do before. He went beyond the call of duty and we truly appreciate his hard work ! He also provided a brief review of how to use the Brinks more efficiently on our phone

I just purchased my very first home and choosing a home security company seemed a bit scary with so many out there and not being too sure which one to go with. I’m very satisfied with my choice as Cale H was the marketing manager and sat down with me and assisted in creating a plan around my wants and needs. In addition to that there were some miss communication during the install which I was then told I had to pay additional money outside of what was agreed and I thought “oh great this is going to be the deal breaker.” However Cale worked with me and understood my concerns and we came to a mutual agreement. The team recognized the importance of customer satisfaction and assisted with my concerns. Overall looking forward to this partnership and would recommend to those looking for home security.

Mr. Tyler Castillo was awesome! The tech was very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about how the Brink Home Security works. He answered all the questions I posed. He explained in a very detailed manner about what was best for my home as far as the installation and what system would be best for our home. He was also very polite and easy to talk to. The tech took his time in his explanation to us about the security system. As a result, I didn’t have many questions to ask him. Mario was very professional and respectful, he was patient with my 90 year old mother as he installed her system. He explained each step to her as he moved about her home. It’s wonderful to have people in your home who are respectful.
