,Ernest was great. Very knowledgeable and explained process completely. Installer arrived early. All equipment was installed properly. Installer didn’t leave information on how to log into the system to pass on to other family members in the household. Really not a big deal however the only thing I didn’t like was being hassled about writing a review.
